Rubber Tree Plants and Walgreens

Walgreens sells real plants now. You know, the ones with real leaves, real dirt, and the ability to die. I find this interesting. What I find even more interesting is the fact that Walgreens advertises the aforementioned plant as a "Rubber Plant". Yeah, that's what I said. Crazy. Don't worry though, my mom cleared it up for me. But only after I poked, pinched, and stuffed my hand into the pot to see if it was indeed real dirt. All to the chagrin of the onlooking Walgreens checkout lady. Oops. Sorry. It IS real. Good to know.

Promotional Session :: KG Design

As promised, my recent shoot with my sister Katie to showcase her recent work for KG Design. This first necklace is one of my favorites that she has made. She even made the fabric flower. Very Anthropologie-esq, if you know what I mean.

We braved the woods for these shots. We were all like, "Can't believe we built forts and played back here, back in the day! I mean, there are serious spiders and all sorts of creeping things!"

KG Design is currently under construction, but we hope to have it fully functional soon.
